Frequently
Asked Questions

Important information about our figures, production schedule, custom orders, shipping, customs, potential damages, returns, and piece care.

01 Made-to-order production

Most figures are produced individually after purchase.

02 Estimated dates

Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

03 Customs outside the EU

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer's responsibility.

01

Before placing an order

Are the figures painted?

Yes. The figures sold on the Veneroso Figures website are professionally 3D printed in resin and individually hand-painted in Spain, unless the product description clearly states otherwise.

Do you sell unpainted kits?

Our website focuses on fully painted figures. Unpainted kits may be available through our eBay store or by inquiry.

Are product images renders or actual photographs?

Some products may include digital renders provided by the studio responsible for the sculpture. When available, we also include photographs of finished physical figures painted by Veneroso Figures.

Can I request a different scale?

In many cases, yes. Contact us before placing your order so we can confirm if the model can be produced in your desired scale, as well as its final dimensions, price, and estimated production time.

Can I order a fully customized figure?

Yes. Together with Hokori Studio, we offer a custom order service for collectors who want a specific character, pose, scene, or original idea.

Hokori Studio creates the customized 3D sculpture and Veneroso Figures produces, assembles, and hand-paints the physical piece. Write to us with your idea, references, preferred scale, and any other important details so we can evaluate the project.

Will I be involved in the custom design process?

Yes. Custom projects are developed through close communication between the client, Hokori Studio, and Veneroso Figures. We discuss the concept and review the design before beginning physical production to create a piece that best represents the collector's idea.

02

Production

Are the figures available in stock?

Most of our figures are made to order. This means that your figure is individually manufactured after you place the order. Any piece that is already finished and ready to ship will be clearly identified as available in stock.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on our current queue, the size and complexity of the figure, and the amount of painting required. Whenever possible, the estimated lead time will be indicated on the product page.

Are completion or delivery dates guaranteed?

No. All dates are estimates. Handmade production can be affected by workload, printing issues, curing times, painting complexity, need for replacement parts, or shipping company delays.

We always work to complete each order as quickly as possible, but without compromising the quality of the result.

Can I cancel my order while it's in the queue?

Made-to-order, modified, or custom products generally cannot be canceled once their production slot has been reserved or work has begun. Contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

Can I request information about the status of my order?

Of course. We maintain close contact with our customers, and you can write to us whenever you need an update. We will provide you with the available information about your project and its status within the production schedule.

Why do you accept a limited number of commissions?

Each figure requires printing, preparation, assembly, painting, and a final review. Limiting our annual schedule allows us to dedicate the time and attention each piece deserves.

03

Materials and quality

What material are the figures made of?

Our figures are professionally printed in high-quality resin. The pieces are individually cleaned, cured, prepared, assembled, primed, and hand-painted.

Are they mass-produced figures?

No. Our pieces are individually produced in the studio, not through an industrial mass manufacturing process. Each figure receives its own preparation, painting, and final review.

Are they official products?

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these are collector's items based on digital designs created by independent artists and sculpture studios. The rights to each 3D design belong to its respective creator or studio.

May there be small differences compared to the photographs?

Yes. Since each figure is individually hand-painted, there may be small variations in color, shading, textures, or finish. These differences are part of the handmade nature of each piece.

Can resin figures have small imperfections?

We carefully print, clean, cure, sand, prime, and paint each piece. However, very small marks or imperfections may occasionally exist due to the nature of 3D printing and the handmade finish.

These small variations should not affect the overall presentation of the figure.

04

Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We offer secure shipping to most countries. If your destination is not available during the purchase process, please write to us so we can review the possible options.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost is calculated during the purchase process based on the destination, dimensions, and weight of the package. Larger figures may require more than one protected package.

Who pays for customs, taxes, or import duties?

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees. These amounts are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can you declare a lower value on the package?

No. All shipments are made with the required documentation and are declared using their actual commercial value.

How long does shipping take?

Transit time depends on the destination, the carrier, and the customs process. Once the package leaves our workshop, delivery is managed by the shipping company. Any displayed timeframe will therefore be an estimate.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. When the order is shipped, you will receive tracking information if the selected shipping service includes it.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

Contact us. We will review the tracking, speak with the shipping company, and open an investigation when necessary. We will keep in touch with you throughout the process and help you find the best available solution.

05

Damages and incidents

What should I do if my figure arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us clear photographs of the damaged piece, all protective materials, and the outer shipping box.

Keep all packaging while we review the case, as the shipping company may request it to conduct an investigation.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes, provided that production conditions and original files allow. Depending on the damage, we can offer replacement parts, repair instructions, or another suitable solution.

What happens if there's a problem with my order?

Write to us and explain what happened. We take every incident seriously and work closely with the customer to find the most suitable solution.

We want collectors to be satisfied with their figures and trust us for their next projects.

Are damages caused by handling covered?

Damages occurring after delivery due to falls, incorrect assembly, improper handling, inappropriate adhesives, direct sunlight exposure, excessive heat, or humidity are not covered. However, we will try to offer advice whenever possible.

06

Returns and refunds

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a significant defect or an error on our part. Legally applicable consumer rights will not be affected.

Can I return a figure if I change my mind?

Customized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned simply because the buyer has changed their mind. Made-to-order items may also be subject to restrictions once production has begun.

What happens if I receive the wrong product?

Contact us as soon as possible and send us photographs of the product and packaging. If the error was ours, we will work with you to correct it and find the appropriate solution.

07

Assembly and care

Do the figures come assembled?

Some figures are shipped divided into several pieces to reduce the risk of damage during transport. This is especially common for large figures or those with delicate elements, such as weapons, effects, or accessories.

Will I need glue?

Some pieces use magnets or snap-fit connections, while others may require adhesive. If glue is required, we generally recommend a suitable cyanoacrylate and can provide basic assembly instructions.

Can you help me assemble the figure?

Yes. If you don't know where a piece should be placed or how to attach it, write to us before forcing or gluing it. Whenever possible, we will help you identify its position and the correct assembly method.

How should I clean my figure?

Use a soft brush, a clean makeup brush, or gently applied air to remove dust. Do not use alcohol, cleaning products, abrasive cloths, or too much water on painted surfaces.

Can I display the figure in direct sunlight?

We do not recommend it. Continuous exposure to sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity can affect the resin and paint finishes over time. Display the figure indoors in a stable environment.

08

Rights and designs

Who creates the 3D designs?

Digital designs belong to their respective independent sculptors and studios. Veneroso Figures is responsible for printing, preparation, assembly, painting, and finishing.

Who creates your custom orders?

Our custom figures are developed together with Hokori Studio. Hokori Studio is responsible for creating the customized digital sculpture, and Veneroso Figures produces and hand-paints the physical figure.

Can I copy or reproduce your figures?

No. Recasting, unauthorized commercial reproduction, copying, or distribution of sculptures or physical products is not permitted.
