PROCESSING TIME
Each figure is produced to order and hand-painted using professional techniques.
Orders are handled in limited batches each month to ensure maximum quality and consistency across all pieces.
Production time depends on the current order queue and the level of detail of the figure.
Once completed, the figure is shipped from Spain with reinforced packaging.
Important note:
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and international customs.
- Requests for urgent shipping outside of normal workshop deadlines are not accepted.
SHIPPING
We offer free worldwide shipping on all our hand-painted figures.
Each piece is carefully packaged with reinforced protection to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, as these are collectible items.
Orders are shipped from Spain once the figure has been finished and has passed quality control.
Important information:
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processes.
- Any customs duties or import taxes are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services once the order has been shipped.
MATERIALS
Our figures are printed in ABS resin and we work with 12K 3D printers, with a layer height of 0.05 to give you high clarity/resolution.
FINISH
All figures are produced using high-quality resins and are hand-painted using professional techniques.
In certain models, and when the design allows it , the following are used:
- Transparent resin for specific elements
- Magnetic systems at the joints to improve assembly, stability or transport
These resources are only applied when they provide a real benefit to the final piece , and are part of the workshop's technical process.
TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
3D printing is a handcrafted process; therefore, some figures may show minimal sanding or assembly marks resulting from the cleaning process.
All pieces are carefully checked to ensure that these marks are minimal and do not affect the final quality .
Some images are 3D renderings of the model, so the color tone and details may vary slightly from the final product.
