Here you will find important information about production times, custom orders, shipping, customs fees, damages, returns and figure care.
Before ordering
Are the figures painted?
Yes. Figures sold on Veneroso Figures are 3D printed in resin and hand-painted, unless the product clearly states otherwise.
Do you sell unpainted kits?
Our website focuses mainly on fully painted figures. Unpainted kits may be available through our eBay store or by request.
Are the product images renders or real photos?
Some products may include digital renders provided by the original 3D sculpting studio. When available, we also include photos of finished physical pieces.
Can I request a different scale?
In many cases, yes. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, size, price and production time.
Can I request a custom figure?
Yes, depending on the project. We can study custom requests, scale changes, special finishes or specific characters. Please contact us with references and details.
Production
Are the figures in stock?
Most figures are made to order. This means your figure is produced individually after your order is placed.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on our current queue, the size of the figure and the complexity of the paintwork. The estimated production time is shown on each product page whenever possible.
Are delivery or completion dates guaranteed?
No. All dates are estimates. We always try to complete each order as soon as possible, but handmade production can be affected by workload, printing issues, curing time, painting complexity or shipping delays.
Can I cancel my order while it is in the queue?
Orders for made-to-order, customized or personalized products cannot usually be cancelled once the production slot has been reserved or the work has started.
Can I ask for an update on my order?
Yes. You can contact us at any time and we will give you an update whenever possible.
Materials and quality
What material are the figures made of?
Our figures are 3D printed in high-quality resin and finished by hand.
Are these official products?
No. These are collector pieces based on 3D designs created by independent sculpting studios and artists.
Can there be small differences compared to the photos?
Yes. Since each figure is hand-painted individually, small variations in color, shading, texture or finish may occur. This is part of the handmade nature of the product.
Can resin figures have small imperfections?
We carefully print, clean, cure, sand, prime and paint every piece. However, very small marks or imperfections may occasionally exist due to the nature of 3D printing and handmade finishing.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to many countries worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout depending on the destination country and package size.
Who pays customs fees, taxes or import duties?
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees, taxes, import duties or handling charges may apply. These costs are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can you declare a lower value on the package?
No. All shipments are declared with their real value.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the destination country, carrier and customs process. Once the package leaves our workshop, delivery times are handled by the shipping company.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
Please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and help you through the process.
Damages and issues
What should I do if my figure arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the damaged figure, the packaging and the shipping box. This is necessary to evaluate the issue and contact the carrier if needed.
Do you offer replacement parts?
Yes, whenever possible. Depending on the damage, we may offer replacement parts, repair instructions or another suitable solution.
Are damages caused by handling covered?
No. Damage caused by drops, incorrect assembly, improper handling, exposure to heat, sunlight or humidity is not covered.
Returns and refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the made-to-order and handmade nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a significant defect or an error on our part.
Can I return a figure because I changed my mind?
No. Custom, personalized and made-to-order items cannot be returned simply because the buyer changed their mind.
What happens if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the mistake was ours, we will work with you to solve the issue.
Assembly and care
Do the figures arrive assembled?
Some figures may be shipped in separate parts to reduce the risk of damage during transport. This is especially common with larger or more delicate pieces.
Do I need glue?
Some pieces may require assembly. If needed, we usually include basic guidance or indicate the recommended assembly method.
How should I clean my figure?
Use a soft brush, a clean makeup brush or gentle air. Do not use water, alcohol, cleaning products or abrasive cloths.
Can I display the figure in direct sunlight?
We do not recommend it. Direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity can damage resin and paint over time.
Rights and designs
Who creates the 3D designs?
The 3D designs belong to their respective sculpting studios and artists. Veneroso Figures handles printing, preparation, painting and finishing.
Can I copy or reproduce your figures?
No. Commercial reproduction, recasting, copying or unauthorized distribution of our products is not allowed.
